When you contact us about getting admitted, our skilled staff will inquire about your health insurance information and clarify how we will estimate the cost of your treatment. After finding out more about your insurance policy, we are able to give you an estimate of how much our detox treatment will cost you. Then we’ll inform you of further costs as your care moves forward. We are always happy to attend to any questions about your costs and discuss payment options.
If your insurer is unable to cover your detox costs, we will assist you in choosing an affordable self-pay solution. You are entitled to the best substance use support, and we are pleased to work with you to make that happen.
Treatment for substance abuse is identified as an “essential health benefit” which means it must be covered under insurance the same way other medical, and surgical procedures are covered. We want you to focus on the commitment you have made to seek help and trying to decipher pages and pages of insurance industry jargon. Our admissions specialists find out what your plan covers and we provide you the bottom line in plain language. If you plan to pay privately, or there are portions of your treatment not covered that need to be paid out of pocket, we accept all major credit cards. If you are uninsured or under insured we can help you come up with a payment plan that will suit your needs and budget.
